Hjertesvigt er en livstruende sygdom med et uforudsigeligt forløb. Derfor er en palliativ indsats nødvendig, også tidligt i forløbet. Men hvordan kan en tidlig palliativ indsats integreres på hospitalerne, så det kommer patienterne til gavn? Det har Stine Gundtoft Roikjær undersøgt med hjælp fra både patienter og sundhedspersonale.
