6th Nordic Conference in Family Health and Care
The conference will address the topic: Sharing interdisciplinary work to improve the health and well-being of families.
The aim is to bring together researchers and health and social care professionals to learn, share, and inspire collaboration on current and emerging global health and care challenges.
The conference is hosted by the Family focused healthcare research Center (FaCe) in partnership with the Danish Association of Family Nursing (DAFN) and the University of Southern Denmark (SDU), Odense University Hospital (OUH), and Visit Odense.

Call for Abstracts Opens: August 15 2023 close January 8, 2024
Early Bird Fee: From November 1st , 2023 until March 20, 2024
Regular Fee: From March 21, 2024

Registration Fees
The participation fee in DKK:
Student: 3,000 including VAT
Early bird: 3,700 including VAT (Early Bird from November 1st, 2023)
Participation: 4,000 including VAT (from March 21, 2024)
Pre-Conference:
- Pre-Conference Workshop (May 21st): DKK 600
The Participant Fee Includes:
- Access to the welcome reception on the afternoon of May 21st.
- Access to the conference on May 22nd and 23rd.
- Morning snack, lunch, afternoon snack, coffee, tea, and water throughout the conference.
Optional add-ons:
- Pre-Conference Workshop (May 21st): 600 DKK
- Gala Dinner at Restaurant Nordatlanten (May 22nd): DKK 650 including a three-course meal, 2 glasses of wine, and coffee/tea, as well as water.
Social Events:
- There will also be various free social events during the conference for participants to attend. See: “social program”
Notes:
- All prices are in Danish Kroner (DKK).
- The Early Bird price is available until March 21, 2024.
- Students must present valid student identification upon registration.
- Pre-Conference Workshop and Gala Dinner are optional and require separate registration.
